Custom Mold Design
Overview
We got a gig to design a mold based on the client’s specs. They sent over 2D drawings, but they needed a 3D model and individual drawings that follow Australian standards.
The Process
Kicking things off, we took the 2D drawings and got to work building the 3D model, following mold design guidelines and making sure everything passed the drafting analysis. Once the 3D model was dialled in, we cracked on with the manufacturing drawings to get it ready for production.
Outcome
With the mold design squared away and the manufacturing drawings done and dusted, we delivered a product that’s spot-on for the client’s needs. Another project wrapped up, and we reckon the client’s gonna be stoked with the result!
