Carosue Dam Pipe Work

An expansive space that will straddle LA’s famed Wilshire Boulevard, the project will feature 110,000 square feet of gallery space in one single level to display and present art in a non-hierarchical, egalitarian way. As part of the new building, Clark will construct a new theater, education spaces, three restaurants, a museum shop, multi-purpose event spaces, and ancillary and back-of-house facilities.

The California Building for the Permanent Collection is slated to open to the public in 2024.

Carosue Dam Pipe Work

At MINING MART, we took on the Carosue Dam Pipe Work project, tackling the challenge of extending an existing pipeline with top-notch precision and efficiency.

What We Did

  • Site Scanning & Data Processing: We kicked off by gathering high-accuracy scan data from the site, which was then processed and aligned using specialised software. This ensured we had a rock-solid foundation to work from.
  • Extracting Critical Pipe Details: Using the refined scan data, we pinpointed key pipeline features – dimensions, orientations, and positions – to guarantee a seamless extension.
  • Pipeline Extension Design: The job? Redirect the existing flow to a new dump location. We made sure the new pipework aligned perfectly with the existing system while working around spatial constraints.
  • 3D Modelling in SOLIDWORKS: The entire pipe extension was designed in SOLIDWORKS, ensuring it met Aussie standards and industry best practices.
  • Fabrication Drawings & Quality Control: Once the design was locked in, we churned out detailed fabrication drawings, including everything needed for manufacturing and installation. Throughout the process, we kept quality control tight, ensuring every detail was spot on.

A flawless pipeline extension, built with precision, efficiency, and top-tier engineering—all delivered with MINING MART’s trademark reliability.
